Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product is defective.

Our press-on nails are categorized as beauty products, which are hygiene-sensitive and non-resellable once opened. For this reason, please make sure you double-check your selected size, shape, and style before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the package by following these steps:

  1. Take a clear video showing the issue in detail (please include the packaging).

  2. Contact our customer support immediately and send the video as proof.

  3. Upon confirming that the damage is due to a product defect and not caused by misuse or mishandling, we will arrange a return or replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a confirmed product quality issue, we will cover all related shipping costs.

  • If the issue is not due to product quality, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
